Our History
Property Solutions Powerhouse is a spinoff company from East Winds Consulting LLC. East Winds Consulting LLC was formed in 2006 in Trenton, New Jersey to handle different solutions for property transactions. We have handled property solutions in Florida, Arizona, Georgia, New Jersey and California throughout the last 16 years. As the company grew, there was a need for a separate business to focus on certain transactions.
Kim Wolcott has taken her 18 years of experience in the real estate industry to be the driving force behind this new organization.
